Creating and sending emails to your event contacts just got easier with Sessionboard.
How to send an email to contacts
Within any module dashboard (people, speakers, sessions, sponsors, and exhibitors), select the box to the left of the contact/session to email and click the "Send" button at the top of the page.
Emails can be sent in bulk or to one individual person.
By default, emails will be sent from "[email protected]".
If you would like to have a customized email domain, please contact [email protected].
Within the pop-up window, select the contact types that you would like to send the email to ("Send to:") and add the email address that you wish replies to the sent to ("Replies sent to:").
If you wish to use an email template that you have created, select "Insert a message template".
Once you have completed your email build, select the "Review" button to review the email before you send it.
