If a user attempts to log into Sessionboard with an invalid password, they will be locked out of their account after five attempts. To unlock the user, an admin can follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Event Team module and search for the user (by name or email) that has been locked out of their account.
Within the Actions column, click the three ellipse dots to select Unlock Account. Unlocking the account will automatically send a reset password email to the user.
